As a new sort of research facility, the MAK+ Design Research Center is an ideal institution for contemporary design research. Its free and flexible structure is defined above all by outstanding universalists who work in a context of social and economic structures which are increasingly complex. MAK+ defends the freedom to experiment. It opens up new spaces and different perspectives.
