Interventions in public space

Lecture at the Academy of Applied Arts, Vienna (Prof. Alfredo Barsuglia) November 7, 2022

Noever stated, among other things, that he particularly regrets that the important urban planning project by Chris Burden "Vienna Shining" 2004/2006 and his project CAT (Contemporary art tower / radical new strategy for contemporary art collection) could not be realized.
In addition, he made it clear that it was and is his concern to anchor important artistic positions in the cityscape of a city that is not really inclined towards contemporary art and architecture.
