Since the late 8o's the californian architect Eric O. Moss has been building a new city, with his largest building "5850 West Jefferson" – after 20 years of tough negotiations – construction has just begun. At the same time Eric O. Moss has now been awarded "The 2020 American Prize for Architecture“.
